The IMC In-Home Micro Studio
Intensity Micro Clinic was founded by Kerri Stringer in 2020, as a licensed, in-home Lagree studio with a single, cutting-edge M3K+ Megaformer.
With the introduction of the Microformer, we expanded to provide both in-clinic and outdoor training, in beautiful locations around downtown St. Petersburg, FL.
Our Location
We’re located in the beautiful Innovation District of Saint Petersburg, Florida.
We’re an easy walk from the USF SP campus, John Hopkins / All Children’s Hospitals, and downtown offices and hotels.
About Kerri and Tony
Kerri is IMC's owner, and a certified NASM and Advanced Lagree Fitness Instructor. She’s been a Lagree enthusiast for 9 years and counting!
Tony is Kerri's hubby, and IMC's "Chief Crash Test Dummy". Over the past 8 years he’s lost over 80lbs and enjoys new access to a healthy, physical lifestyle.
Like many before us, once the first number in our age was a ‘4’, our warranties seemed to wear out. Familiar methods for getting “fit” no longer worked, and previously beloved foods seem to betray us…horribly.
And let’s not talk about when it became a ‘5’…😮
The reasons for working to be fitter tomorrow than today are many and varied. All of us have motivations in common, and those uniquely our own.
For us, there’s a vanity component, to be sure (blush).
But far more important is the “unlocking effect” from whole-body fitness: activities that otherwise were out of reach become accessible — as does the vision of the next conquest. 👍
